The brief
An anniversary is a date.
We were asked for an encounter.
Museums had the artifacts — the letters, the portraits, the glass cases. What they wanted for the semiquincentennial was the part no exhibit can do: the conversation. So we built the founders as living personas — voices grounded in their own writings, able to hold a real spoken exchange with anyone who walked up.
No script. No pre-recorded answers. Ask anything; the answer comes from what they actually wrote and did — with the sources shown as they speak.
